The Department of Human Services (DHS) is making available for public review and comment, Appendices I and J of the Office of Developmental Programs’ (ODP) proposed renewals of the Consolidated and Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) Waivers. Appendices I and J contain the financial aspects of the waivers which include but are not limited to; rate determination methods for waiver services, billing validation processes, and methods of payment.
The following draft documents are only being provided to assist in the review of Appendices I and J of the proposed waiver renewals. Opportunities to comment on these documents once in final form will be provided at a later date. Since the documents are in draft form and not final, comments should not be provided and will not be considered at this time.
The public comment period is 2/18/17 to 3/21/17.
Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding the proposed waiver renewals. Respondents are asked to submit a written copy of their comments by emailing them to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailing them to Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Programs, Division of Provider Assistance and Rate Setting, 4th Floor, 625 Forster Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120. The ODP will hold two webinars to receive comments on Appendices I and J of the proposed Consolidated and P/FDS Waivers. Dates, times and links for registration to attend these webinars are as follows:
March 13, 2017 – 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
March 14, 2017 – 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Comments received by midnight on March 21, 2017 will be reviewed and considered for revisions to the proposed waiver renewals.
