ABC of Early Child Development

This World Bank site is a knowledge base on early child development designed to assist task managers, practitioners, program designers, and decision makers in their efforts to promote the healthy growth and development of children from birth to age 8.

National Child Care Association (NCCA)

NCCA has a bibliography of child care resources and an accreditation program outlining program standards, evaluation and recognition.

Early Intervention Technical Assistance

The Pennsylvania Early Intervention Web site includes State Interagency Coordinating Council/Local Interagency Coordinating Council information and the EI Newsletter, which discusses the important issues and best practices in providing early intervention services to young children and their families.
